Tuition Reimbursement

What we offer:

Orianna Health Systems recognizes the importance of education. We encourage our employees to pursue further education in an effort to enhance their current skills as well as to increase their potential for professional growth within our organization.

Full-time employees are eligible for this program after 6 months of continuous full- time employment when maintaining at least 60 hours of work per pay period during the course.

Reimbursement includes tuition, registration, and books necessary for enrollment in an accredited course. Each person approved for tuition reimbursement can receive up to $2,400.00 in a calendar year.

Examples include but not limited to:

Nursing: CNA, LPN, RN, BSN
Placement in the AIT Program: Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology or Health Services Management
Other Programs: Certified Activities Director, HVAC Certification

Kamisha Faulkner, DON

Kamisha Faulkner has been with the company for 11 years. She has worked in various positions over the past few years at Great Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Byhalia, MS as an LPN, ADON and the last 3 years as the DON. Kamisha has recently obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Christian Brother’s College utilizing Orianna’s Tuition Reimbursement Program to assist with the cost of her education.
