Craig Robinson proudly serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Orianna Health Systems and has extensive experience in the long-term care and post-acute care industry. Mr. Robinson received his B.S. in Health Education at the Southern Illinois University and his M.S. in Educational Administration and Supervision at Louisiana State University. He began his career in the long-term care sector as an Administrator-in-Training and an Assistant Administrator.
This was followed by serving as a Nursing Home Administrator for Beverly Enterprises, Advacare and Bat Management. Mr. Robinson continued to thrive in the long-term care industry and embarked on a new leadership role as Regional Vice President of Health Care Properties and subsequently served as Vice President of Operations at Emerald Health. Mr. Robinson served first as a Director of Operations and then as the Vice President of Operations for Delta Health Group and was promoted to Chief of Operations, shortly thereafter was named President of Gulf Coast Health Care (formerly Delta Health Group).
Ms. Botter serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Orianna Health Systems and has significant expertise both as a chief financial executive and the long term care industry. She received her B.S. in Business Administration at Spring Hill College and has participated in the Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program in Crisis Planning and Strategic Thinking.
In previous post-acute long term care experiences, Ms. Botter was the Vice President of Financial and Chief Accounting Officer for Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. for 8 years. Prior to joining Orianna Health Systems, Ms. Botter served as Chief Financial Officer in various manufacturing and hospitality service organizations and in Airamid Health Services/Kane Financial Services in West Palm Beach, Florida.
SVP - Operations
Mikki Meer is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Orianna Health Systems. Ms. Meer graduated from Eckerd College with a BS in Sociology with an emphasis in Gerontology and Minor in German. She received her Masters degree from the University of Florida in Sociology/Gerontology. She has 20 years of healthcare experience working as an Administrator with Life Care Centers of America, Heartland/ManorCare and Delta Health Group. Ms. Meer was promoted to Regional Director of Operations Delta Health Group/Gulf Coast Health Care and held that position for the last 7 years until joining the Orianna Health Systems team.
Robert W. Fowler
SVP - Human Resources
Mr. Fowler serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Orianna Health Systems. He has over 30 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources. Prior to joining Orianna Health Systems, he was Vice President, Human Resources for Constant Care Management Company in Dallas, Texas.
Constant Care Management operates Alzheimer’s and Dementia care centers in six states. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Human Resources for Trinity Hospice, the third largest hospice company in the United States, operating hospices in 18 states. Prior, he also served as Vice President, Human Resources for Medco Medical in Houston, Texas. Mr. Fowler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn State, as well as a Masters in Human Resource Management from Columbia State.
RN, CCM, VP - Clinical Services and Risk Management
Ms. Havranek serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services and Risk Management. She has over 18 years of nursing experience in the acute and long term care settings. She most recently worked for Signature Healthcare as Chief Nursing Officer for over 8 years and provided clinical oversight for as many as 26 post-acute centers. Prior to Signature, Ms. Havranek worked for Salerno Bay Manor and Heartland Healthcare as the Director of Nursing for 2 years each following progressive positions in other healthcare organizations such as HCR/Manor Care for 4 years.
M.A. CCC-SLP, CPMA, VP - Clinical Reimbursement
Karen Welsh, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement. Ms. Welsh has over 25 years of experience in patient care and progressive leadership roles in long term care, post-acute settings and hospitals. Most recently as the Director of Rehabilitation at Signature Healthcare, Ms. Welsh was responsible for oversight and management of over 80 nurse practitioners in 120 centers across 14 states and established the clinical compliance program for adherence to HIPAA, OSHA and OIG regulations. Prior to Signature, Ms. Welsh held training and management positions as a District Director of Utilization and Medicare Compliance, and VP of Clinical Operations with PHS and Kindred Healthcare, among other skilled nursing organizations. Ms. Welsh holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Arts in Speech Pathology, and is a Certified Professional Medical Auditor.
SVP - Post Acute Strategies
Stan Healy previously was a Senior Administrator with the Greenville Health System in Greenville, South Carolina and was responsible for center based Post-Acute services that included: LTACH, SNF, DME, IRF and related product lines. He was involved in implementing BPCI for orthopedic and medicine bundles. Prior to that he worked in Post-Acute Services at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, Harper Hospital and Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan.
Healy has served as president of NOTUS Sports in Greenville South Carolina since 2011, a non-profit organization whose mission is to attract, create and manage high-profile sporting events to showcase the upstate of South Carolina while promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Doctor of Healthcare Administration degree from Medical University of South Carolina. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served on numerous boards.
