Louis Robichaux

Interim President and Chief Financial Officer

Louis Robichaux is the Interim President and Chief Financial Officer of Orianna Health Systems.     A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Robichaux has been a principal with several consulting firms specializing in restructuring and crisis management. Mr. Robichaux has broad based experience in the health care sector, having worked as a senior financial and operational analyst for Kaiser Permanente, and held various management positions with other long-term care and skilled nursing providers before entering the consulting environment.

Mr. Robichaux received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Austin Peay State University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.

Alex Paley

Chief Operating Officer

Alex Paley is the Chief Operating Officer of the Magnolia Division of Orianna Health Systems. He brings almost 30 years of health care industry experience to this position. Prior to joining Orianna, Mr. Paley was an Executive Asset Manager with a consulting and asset management firm dedicated to providing value-added services to operators and investors in the senior housing, post-acute care and related fields. Mr. Paley has also held executive-level management positions spanning the physician practice management and long term care fields. Mr. Paley has served as a member of the Board of Directors for LTC100, as well as a member-at-large of The American Health Care Association Council on Post-Acute Care, The (Long Term Care) Alliance and The Medical Group Management Association. He has lectured in the Doctor of Public Health program at New York Medical College School of Health Sciences and Practice and is a regular lecturer on health care strategic management in the Master of Public Health program at Boston University School of Public Health. He has been a regular speaker for the United Negro College Fund on leadership development in the health care field.

Mr. Paley received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics from Brandeis University and a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Health Policy and Management from Boston University School of Public Health, in addition to having studied comparative health systems at The London School of Economics & Political Science.

Mikki Meer

COO of the Palmetto Division

Mikki Meer is the Chief Operating Officer of the Palmetto Division of Orianna Health Systems. Ms. Meer graduated from Eckerd College with a BS in Sociology with an emphasis in Gerontology and Minor in German. She received her Masters degree from the University of Florida in Sociology/Gerontology. She has 20 years of healthcare experience working as an Administrator with Life Care Centers of America, Heartland/ManorCare and Delta Health Group.  Ms. Meer was promoted to Regional Director of Operations for Delta Health Group/Gulf Coast Health Care and held that position for the last 7 years until joining the Orianna Health Systems team.

Karen Welsh

M.A. CCC-SLP, CPMA, VP - Clinical Reimbursement

Karen Welsh, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement.  Ms. Welsh has over 25 years of experience in patient care and progressive leadership roles in long term care, post-acute settings and hospitals. Most recently as the Director of Rehabilitation at Signature Healthcare, Ms. Welsh was responsible for oversight and management of over 80 nurse practitioners in 120 centers across 14 states and established the clinical compliance program for adherence to HIPAA, OSHA and OIG regulations.  Prior to Signature, Ms. Welsh held training and management positions as a District Director of Utilization and Medicare Compliance, and VP of Clinical Operations with PHS and Kindred Healthcare, among other skilled nursing organizations.  Ms. Welsh holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Arts in Speech Pathology, and is a Certified Professional Medical Auditor.

Deb Havranek

RN, CCM, VP - Clinical Services and Risk Management

Ms. Havranek serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services and Risk Management.  She has over 18 years of nursing experience in the acute and long term care settings.  She most recently worked for Signature Healthcare as Chief Nursing Officer for over 8 years and provided clinical oversight for as many as 26 post-acute centers.  Prior to Signature, Ms. Havranek worked for Salerno Bay Manor and Heartland Healthcare as the Director of Nursing for 2 years each following progressive positions in other healthcare organizations such as HCR/Manor Care for 4 years.

Stan Healy

SVP - Post Acute Strategies

Stan Healy previously was a Senior Administrator with the Greenville Health System in Greenville, South Carolina and was responsible for center based Post-Acute services that included: LTACH, SNF, DME, IRF and related product lines. He was involved in implementing BPCI for orthopedic and medicine bundles.  Prior to that he worked in Post-Acute Services at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center, Harper Hospital and Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan.

Healy has served as president of NOTUS Sports in Greenville South Carolina since 2011, a non-profit organization whose mission is to attract, create and manage high-profile sporting events to showcase the upstate of South Carolina while promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Doctor of Healthcare Administration degree from Medical University of South Carolina.  He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served on numerous boards.

Cindy Sullivan

SHRM-SCP, SPHR, VP - Human Resources

Cindy Sullivan has over 20 of years’ experience as a Human Resource Professional.  Ms. Sullivan has worked in a variety of union and non-union industries leading and supporting multiple locations across the country.  These industries include Corrections, Retail, Transportation and Entertainment.   She gained valuable experience with previous employers which employed medical professionals in several states.  In addition, Ms. Sullivan has also led the Human Resources function as the Vice President of Human Resources for a large non-profit organization and has acted as a member on the Board of Directors.

Ms. Sullivan has achieved certifications for SHRM-SCP and the SPHR.  Ms. Sullivan is an active volunteer in her local and national SHRM chapter and has served as a committee member for the National SHRM Special Expertise Panel.  Ms. Sullivan earned her Master’s Degree in Conflict Management at Lipscomb University, Nashville, TN.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND.
