Brushy Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

About Us

Brushy Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a “true home” concept in nursing home care. Nestled on ten acres in Greer, SC on the Greer Medical Campus of the Greenville Health System, this revolutionary approach takes 144 beds and divides them into 12 cottages. Each cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, making an innovative home for 12 individuals.

Our individualized plans of care delivered on a short-term basis help patients restore strength and independence following surgery or a hospital stay. We also provide a unique and private setting for short-stay recovery in our individual residences for our guests to be furnished with all the comforts of home. Our vision calls for us to improve the health and well-being of our patients through innovative care and we aspire to do that each and every day.

Choosing a facility to meet your needs can be difficult and we hope we can be a resource to you during this process. For additional questions, please call and set up a tour today!

Brushy Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center shared Alzheimer's Association: The Longest Day's post.

The Longest Day is all about love. Love for all those affected by Alzheimer's disease. On the summer solstice, team up with the Alzheimer’s Association and select any activity you love — or an activity loved by those affected — to help end Alzheimer’s.

We are excited to do all of the things that our residents love today! We are starting the day off with some of our favorite music and ending the day with Family Bingo Night!
