About Us


Fleetwod Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 102 bed skilled nursing center minutes from downtown Easley. We are conveniently located across from Baptist Easley Hospital. Our center provides a wide range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for both short stay recovery, as well as ongoing supportive services for individuals requiring long-term care. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those we serve through our orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, wound care services as well as interventions for other medically complex diagnoses, admitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At Fleetwood we provide a family friendly environment alongside quality nursing and therapy services. Our services help bridge the gap to make your transition from hospital to home less stressful.

We had some extra special visitors yesterday from Gettys Middle School. The Honor Society stopped by and hand delivered Valentine boxes to each Resident. The Residents enjoyed visiting with the kids and loved their handmade cards and decorated boxes full of goodies. Congratulations to Fleetwood's newest therapy graduate, Freddie Turmon! Freddie came to us for short term rehabilitation and will be returning home tomorrow.
