“Mr. Warren was admitted to Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare center in 2016. He transferred from MS Care Center in Greenville, MS to be closer to home. Mr. Warren received therapy and made good enough progress for him to transition home. Mrs. Warren stated that she really thanks us here at the facility for making his transition home stress-free with the resources and services provided after discharge. She said “You were a lifesaver.””
“Ms. Smith was admitted to Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in 2016 after being hospitalized for several months following a brutal attack at her home. Ms. Smith had her two children by her side 24/7. When she arrived, her prognosis was unclear. After months of therapy and care, Ms. Smith was able to return home recently. Her daughter Annie stated that the facility had become their family and wouldn’t have changed anything because we helped her mom live again. Ms. Smith is home now and doing well.”
“Indianola Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is one of many facilities I recommend for SNF placement. The transition is not stressful and the staff is always helpful with successful transitions from hospital to SNF.”
