“On October 3, 2017, my father was involved in a head on collision that resulted in a life changing event for him and our family. When the time came for him to be discharged from the hospital, we were in a position of uncertainty and deep concern as to where to go and what to do. By what we know was a higher power, we were led to the parking lot of Linley Park Rehab. We were greeted by the Administrator, Carla Heritage, and given a tour of the facility and explained the care and processes offered. The compassion, care and concern offered by Carla at that moment, made the entire life changing event for my father and family easier to accept and live with on a daily basis. During our stay at Linley Park my father has received skilled nursing care from trained, passionate and concerned staff of nurses, therapist and administrative staff, including Johanna, Darla, Lisa, and Brent in therapy. If you or a loved one ever find yourself in need of care beyond your abilities, whether short-term or long-term, Linley Park rehab is where you need to trust with the care and concern of your loved one.”

“Due to Degenerative Joint Disease, I was enduring a hip that was quickly deteriorating. I had to make a choice before I would fall, and break my hip, so I chose to have it replaced. After an elective hip replacement procedure, I was worried about just going home. But I wasn’t looking forward to going to a rehab facility either. However, I made the decision to go to Linley Park rehab. I am so thankful that I did! Everyone was so nice to me and the facility was so beautiful. The therapy staff treated me like I was their own family member, and I could feel myself getting stronger each day. My CNA, Dot, was such a blessing to me and took care of me with such compassion and love. After leaving Linley Park, I returned for outpatient for several weeks to continue building strength, and ended up losing 37 pounds, due to how much movement I regained. I am so thankful for Linley Park rehab, and that they were able to give me back life.”
