“I was a patient at Macon Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. I had a stroke and couldn’t eat, walk, or talk so anyone could understand me. It was very frustrating and scary. From the first day I came in, the therapy staff was so positive that I would recover and get back home. I saw PT, OT, and Speech every day. All the hard work paid off when I left there walking on my own two feet. I think God every day for my time at Macon. They really did get me back to my life before my stroke.”
– S. Horne

“My mother has been a resident at Macon Rehabilitation & Healthcare since it was Laurel Baye. My mother and I have enjoyed the time that she has been here. She has been well cared for and the staff is always very sweet to us. I volunteer at Macon Rehabilitation nearly every day because I believe so much in what they’re doing here to serve our elderly population. This is very much a home to my mother and feels like home to me.”

“God bless Macon Rehabilitation & Healthcare! If I ever have to go for rehab again, I won’t go anywhere else. Even the social worker went above and beyond to help me get home with my girlfriend. She got everything taken care of for me before I went home. The therapy staff worked quickly to help me achieve my discharge goals.”
