“My Mother was a patient in the facility from June 24, 2014 until March 21, 2015. I feel like this place was God sent. Hope was a blessing to my entire family. The staff made us feel like family. Everyone here did a wonderful job caring for Mother. The care she received was excellent. She was happy and content and we felt like we had a large family here. Since my Mother passed away I continue to come and Volunteer here in the facility. The wonderful love and compassion from the staff made me see I what a great difference we can make in someone’s life. I will volunteer here as long as I able to get here. I now feel blessed to be able to come here and volunteer, it has changed my life. I can’t say enough or thank the staff enough for all they have done for me and my family. I love them all. If I had to choose a facility for myself this would be the one. I have told this to my family. God Bless Each of You. Thank you again for the love and care for Mom, Ruby Cawthon”

“Want each of you to know how special you are. I thank God I was able to do my rehab there. Everyone was so nice to me. I felt like family. The care, food, activities were wonderful. I have told my daughter that if I ever need rehab or long term care I want to be at River Falls. Thank you so very much.”

“Thank you Misty, Evelyn, Warren for all your help and care each of you gave to me while I was in the facility. I appreciate all of you and may God bless each of you. Marlene you should be very proud of the Nurses you are in charge of. They do a great job, I know that is because you are a very special person. Nurses: Sonya, Carmel, Cindy and Misty. All CNAS that were involved in my care. And I know there are many more that I do not know their names. Each of you are very talented in the job you do. Some of you I got to know better than others, but I want you to know I think all of you are great. Some I didn’t get to say good-bye to. But I want to thank all of you. I appreciate all the good care and having you come and just talk to me. I wish to each of you a good and long future in what you do. Thanks again to all of you.”
